We only repair what's safe to repair
Our technicians follow British Standard BS AU 159 for car and van tyre repairs. Here's how we decide.
Usually repairable
A nail or screw in the central tread area, with no damage to the sidewall and no driving while flat.
Needs replacing
Damage to the sidewall or shoulder, a cut or bulge, or a tyre that has been driven on while flat.
Below the legal limit
Tread under 1.6 mm across the central three quarters of the tyre. That's illegal in the UK, and we'll replace it.

How fast can you get to me?
We send the nearest available van. In most of London and the surrounding towns we aim to be with you within 60 minutes, depending on traffic and time of day. We'll give you an arrival time when you call.
Do you really work 24 hours a day?
Yes. We take calls and attend emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and bank holidays.

How much does mobile tyre fitting cost?
It depends on your tyre size and the brand you choose. We give you a fixed price on the phone before we set off, and that's the price you pay. There are no hidden callout or fitting fees on top.
Can you fit tyres at the roadside?
Yes, if it's safe. On motorways or fast roads, move to a safe place and call National Highways or your breakdown provider first. We can then meet you somewhere safe.
I've lost my locking wheel nut key. Can you help?
Yes. We carry specialist tools to remove locking wheel nuts without damaging your alloy wheels, and we can supply a replacement set.
What vehicles do you work on?
Cars, SUVs, 4x4s, vans, motorhomes and light commercial vehicles. For trucks and other commercial vehicles, call us to check.
